There are two versions of the OBDKey Listener product

• OBDKey Listener for J1850 PWM and K Line. Aavailable with either USB or Bluetooth connection to the Windows PC

• OBDKey Listener for CAN Bus. Available only with a USB connection to the Windows PC

The OBDKey Listeners enables you to access your vehicle’s diagnostic information system.  With the OBDKey Listener Unit and software on your computer you will be able to read data directly from the diagnostic data bus.

Product Features

The OBDKey Listener unit is a tool used to access the vehicle’s own diagnostic data buses.  

The OBDKey Listener for J1850 PWM and K Line is compatible with vehicles which use the J1850 PWM data bus (common in Ford and Mazda vehicles) and vehicles with K-Line communications running at 10400 (OBD-II ISO-9141-2 and OBD-II ISO 14230 (KWP2000)) 9600, 8192 and 4800 baud.

The OBDKey Listener for CAN Bus is compatible with vehicles which use the CAN bus (OBDII pins 6 and 14) at 1000, 500, 250, 125, 83.3, 50 and 33.3 Kbits per second. Both standard (11 bit) and extended (29 bit) identifiers are supported.

Product Availability

March 2021 - The OBDKey Listener USB Interface Units and the Bluetooth Interface Units are available to order and will ship same day if the order is received by 3.00 p.m. UK time. Courier dispatched orders must be received by midday (12 noon) for same day dispatch.

Pricing

Euro and Dollar prices are approximate and will vary according to the currency rates applied by the eCommerce provider.  What you pay is the UK sterling price. The eCommerce provider (PayPal) applies their own conversion rate which is subject to change.

Price includes software.

Value added (Sales) Tax (VAT)

This is applied at a rate of 20% on sales for delivery to the UK and EC member state countries. No value added tax is applied to destinations outside the UK and the EC member state countries. Pricing does not include local duties and taxes which may need to be paid on receipt of the goods at destinations other than UK and EC. For destinations other than UK and EC local duties and taxes are not included in the price and may be payable by the recipient.

Delivery Options

We ship our products to ANYWHERE in the world. Fast, secure airmail is used as the low cost shipping method. We also provide a courier service.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery on a guaranteed next working day service. 

Deliveries by Airmail will be sent by the Royal Mail Airsure service to Andorra, Austria, Azores, Balearic Islands, Belgium, Canary Islands, Corsica, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Madeira, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Slovak Republic, Spain, Spitzbergen, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.  All other destinations using the airmail service will be sent by the Royal Mail International Signed For service.  These services may take from 2 to 8 days depending on destination.

Deliveries by courier will be sent by a courier service, usually DHL, UPS or Fedex.  80% of courier deliveries are within 2 days. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 days.

Software Delivery

Software is dispatched on a 2.0GB USB Flash Drive with the OBDKey Interface Unit.

Alternative Payment Methods

We recognise that PayPal may not be suitable for everyone across the world.  If you are not able to use the PayPal payment system, we are pleased to accept direct bank transfers via BACS or SWIFT settlement systems.  Alternatively we may accept posted cheques made payable to KBM Systems Ltd, or money transfers where permitted.
